1.   Attach photos like below of the brand name, model and serial numbers or service tags.  These labels are located on the bottom of laptops or on back and sides of desktops. 

2. Your name, phone number

3. Contact email address (if different)

4. Brief description of your issue

We don’t guarantee service for all models, some are not designed to be repaired, and attempting may cause further damage or excessive cost.
