Please note, You must consult PC-Maid prior to any remote attempt. This service is not free and is payable by Paypal or Credit/Debit card. (The remote assistance service is free for contract holders, existing support contracts or by invitation.) The remote service is by request / appointment only. By using the remote service you agree to the terms and prices as stated by PC-Maid. Although every effort will be made, this service does not guarantee that an instant solution or a total fix will be possible. Sometimes a remote session cannot be completed satisfactorily, then the computer must be brought to us. No parts or field visits are included in this price.
PC-Maid will accept no liability for data or system loss, caused by your actions, our actions, any third parties actions, Infections or any other uncontrollable circumstances. (power loss, internet connectivity issues, viruses, spyware, terrorism, acts of god, alien invasion etc.) This does not affect our commitment to try and restore and/or repair any such incidents.
We only provide partial support for your 'in-house' software.
Occasionally, IT problems may occur because of a faulty piece of hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired. These instances cannot be performed remotely or over the phone, however we offer professional in-shop service in Rochester. We make no claims to be able to solve hardware failures remotely.
By accepting a remote session you agree to the prices stated by PC-Maid for our services. Extra or additional issues or support sessions are subject to additional fees.
